“Tiny Pantry Times is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that provides free food and hygiene 24/7/365 to the most vulnerable in our community. The Midwest Lifeline pantry provides an additional opportunity to serve the community with expanded regional access while they continue to support our mission and vision. Coffee, shelf-stable food stuffs, and various hygiene items that most people would take for granted has been the cornerstone of Midwest Lifeline. We couldn’t ask for a better partner!”

If you don’t know about the amazingness of this organization, you should.

In the past week they have helped a patient with new loss of both legs (above knee amputation and in her 50’s) find a bit of independence and comfort after losing all of it. It’s hard to shower when you have no legs, and can’t even get yourself in the tub, on the shower chair, or bathe alone cuz you’ll fall off… and now she can get onto and into tub/shower alone and NOT fall off the chair (it has a seat belt) because of this groups kindness. This Over The Tub sliding shower chair is so nice. Now the patient reports being so comfortable that sometimes she doesn’t even get out when she’s done; she just sits and enjoys the shower like she used to.

Also, another patient had been calling the fire department twice a day, 3 times a week, to be helped in and out of the house in his wheelchair due to the steps…. and now… they have independence and piece of mind with her generous donation of this awesome ramp!!!

If you wonder what this is about about… this is the root of their soul!

Also… they never need a story, just to know of the need is all it takes.
